More and more American politics is growing into something the founding Fathers would be ashamed of. Men and women of high ethical and moral character seem to be a thing of the past. Instead of running a political campaign candidates run popularity pagents. It is up to the average citizen to wade through the garbage heaps of one-liners and slick slogans to reasonably determine what folks really stand for.
Like the Bereans (Acts 17:11) of the Bible and American Service members who took an oath that never expires, determining, protecting, and supporting the truth is paramount. Not some slick media truth, not some watered-down message about the Constitution, no we must defend America against those who would make it their mission to destroy this great nation. This can only be done by ensuring that all parties have a voice and men and women of “upright character “more noble character” examine and investigate these messages themselves to determine the truth.
