Most folks even non-Christians know John 3:16, but few true Christians understand the context of the conversation between Jesus and Nicodemus (John 3:9-21). One of the key verses in that conversation is our main text for today.
A.W. Pink’s exposition of John 3:9-21 is one of the best I have found. His final handling of vs. 18-21 on man’s self-condemnation is excellent:

Please could you pray that we urgently need to buy a building for the ministry work of the Prisons Mission Society. The volunteer Doctors/Nurses/Pastors and visitors from the families of prisoners and our international guests temporarily stay with us for different programs. We specially arrange weekly holding Seminar/Workshops for education/worship and preach the word of God (in the tribal and Northern areas of Pakistan) and also arrange medical programs for awareness and prevention of communicable diseases for prisoners and prison staff and provide all kinds of medicine to the deserving persons on the recommendation of our medical Team/Doctors.
The volunteer staff of the Prisons Mission Society gathers one day before at the one place for every program. We also arrange quarterly training programs for the volunteers of the Prisons Mission Society. The volunteers come from different parts of Pakistan. The rent stay and food of our guest volunteers Doctors/Nurses/Pastors and visitors from the families of prisoners in the hotels are very expensive. The renting stay at hotels is not secure in Pakistan for the guests. Now we need to buy a building for the ministry work of the Prisons Mission Society and for the guests. God bless you. Thank you.
