This is what Liberal Democrats do with science. They make “science” say what they think suits their agenda. That is that sort of thing that people who worship sex, stuff, science, state, and self do with their idols. The bribe — offer sacrifices — until their idols to give them what they want.
Why can’t you make this stuff up? You don’t worship a phony god. You worship God. We cannot bribe God. All we can do is obey Him. So, it doesn’t make sense to you to make “science” say something so utterly ridiculous.

Thanks for the comments. The Bible is clear that man without Christ is a lost soul with no compulsion to do right. He is blinded to the truth and deceived at his core.
2 Corinthians 4:3-4(ESV) Says: And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing. 4 In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
Should really be amazed at the depth of depravity those in the world will go to to make their point (or force it upon others) known. Biblically no, yet our human brain still stands in awe of God and wonders at the “utter ridiculousness” of their schemes.
