Are We Praying?

A message from my friend LP, 07 Jan 2020

Image result for Pray for AmericaAs our nation faces a crisis of governance with an impending impeachment, and now heightened conflict with Iran, should we, the Lord’s people, not be in prayer for our nation, for our leaders, and even for our enemies? Should we, the remnant church, especially now, not be salt and light to the “world?”  So then, may we humble ourselves, may we pray, and may we seek the face of our Lord. And may the church and our nation turn from its wicked ways.  Only then can we rest up the Lord’s promises.

As the Lord said to King Solomon, 2 Chronicles 7:14  …if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
