Help!
I need somebody
Help!
Not just anybody
Help!
You know I need someone
Help!
Ok, so I am having a flashback to 1965 and the Beatles. I am sure many of you can relate, and for you youngsters, just Google it or ask Siri.
We need your help in getting the word out!
Forgetting my old age, we at TRIBUTE TO FALLEN SOLDIERS MEMORIAL TORCH MOTORCYCLE RIDE need your help. Our faithful old Torch Coach is showing her age, also, and is down for the count. Along with age, water, and insects, have rendered it incapable of making another run across the USA next year.
The Tribute Cruiser is an integral part of our mission each year, honoring Gold Star families across the United States. Along with towing the memorial torch, it carries all the items that we use in honoring the Gold Star families.
The 2026 Tribute to Fallen Soldiers Memorial Torch Motorcycle Ride is set. Our nearly 4100 mile journey begins July 11th, 2026:
- Starts July 11, 2026, in Eugene, Oregon
- Ends August 3, 2026, at Arlington National Cemetery

We need another Tribute Cruiser, preferably no later than March next year. That gives the people at Quality Coach Services Inc., in Eugene, time to inspect and service the rig, and transfer any necessary items from the old coach.
Remember, Tribute to Fallen Soldiers Northwest is a 501(c)3 so this could be a significant tax write-off for an individual or business.
- Best-case scenario, someone you know has a lightly used coach that they are willing to donate.
- Folks will start donating to the Cruiser Fund, we have a SMALL amount in the fund currently but nowhere near enough.
- If neither of these happens, we will have to drop back 2 and punt for next year’s ride, and I really hope we do not repeat this year’s mess (lack of support).
So please forward this to all your contacts, groups, and share with any civic, veterans organizations, or local RV dealers. If you have any questions, contact me or Warren.
Thank you for your assistance in honoring our heroes.
