Back in the day when I served in the US Army (the mid-seventies to mid-nineties), we were blessed if we got any additional Body Armor beyond our helmet. Toward the end of Deseret Storm, we finally got issued body armor as a personal protection upgrade. Today our US Forces are far more protected in Battle and Training.
Soldiers must be ever prepared, to defend this nation from all enemies foreign or domestic.
So to the Children of God, we must be ever prepared to defend against the antichrists, (all who oppose Christ and His teaching). The good news is we do not have to “wait” for the latest technology to “Armor Up.” His Holy Word gives us the instructions we need. Just like our nation’s soldiers, once furnished the tools of war, we must always be prepared to use them, as the war rages against us.

Regaining Our Standing as a Maritime Nation
