PREFACE
I seem to be reading a lot about God’s Law. In a previous post, “Death of the Law,” the focus was on those who deny that God’s law is relevant today. Today’s devotional will examine Romans 7:7-12, focusing on the Misuse of God’s Law. There are many ways one can misuse or abuse God’s Law. The most common are breaking the moral law (the Ten Commandments) and legalism, in which someone shields themselves behind a false cloak of religiosity. You do not have to look hard to see this daily, as many false teachers can be seen or heard on public media.
