Last night I was bored and decided to watch a series on Amazon Prime about Billy the Kid. At one point, I think in episode 3 or 4, a young woman expounds upon the evils of Calvinism, saying her family was in this cult. (Listening between the lines it was an assault on Reformed theologies that stand against Universalism1) Leave it to Hollywood to have NO CONCEPT of CONTEXT and TRUTH.
Calvinism is mostly known today for the acronyms 5 Sola’s and T.U.L.I.P.

These acronyms only scratch the surface of what being “a Calvinist” really means. In Part II we will look into this further.
