Do you think the people of the State of Texas are in favor of all these folks coming into their state? Did they invite them? If the answer is no, then by definition they are invaders and it is the Constitutional duty of the Biden administration to repel them.
Article IV Section 4 of the United States Constitution reads: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
