What Does 2 Corinthians 13:14 Mean?

RVR 1960

Paul concludes his second letter to the church at Corinth with these words. Praying for the GRACE of Lord Jesus Christ to be with them. Second he prays for the Love of God the Father for the church at Corinth. Lastly he prays for Fellowship of the Holy Spirit to indwell all believers at the church in Corinth.

This Fellowship of the Holy Spirit, is the essential ingredient for unity in the church. Brother Jason Cook in his sermon this past Sunday said somedays you dislike your wife (anyone who claims never to disagree or argue in a marriage is usually living in fantasy land) but you ALWAYS LOVE her. It is that Holy Spirit in believers that allows us to overcome those days of discouragement and even disillusion to be fully renewed and restored to FELLOWSHIP and unity in our marriages and the body of Christ. The Holy Spirit is God’s Glue that binds the church together.
