Luke 23:46, “Father, INTO YOUR HANDS I COMMIT MY SPIRIT.”
Today we look at the SIXTH thing Jesus said on the cross; “It is finished!”

Jesus came for a purpose (John 3:16) and as we saw in our devotional Jesus Said “I AM” Part VI that included being obedient to the Father and fulfilling all of scripture. So what Jesus is saying in His declaration of “It is finished” is far more than simply I have had enough, my body is spent I am ready to die. He is BOLDLY declaring that He has accomplished all that was

to reconcile man to God (Up until this point, we can not discount or minimize the resurrection).
