For the most part, the assassination of Charlie Kirk shocked the nation. Yes, some left-wing nuts attempted to change the scenario, but that is today’s norm. I never met Charlie, but I supported him and his ministry. He had a gift, an ability to stay calm and respond to those who tried to dismantle his core beliefs with clarity, humility, and facts.
Since his death, many of those whom Turning Point USA’s outreach was designed to reach are viewing political and spiritual issues in a new light. I am posting this today for two reasons: first, because I found the survey results interesting. Second, it is a good example, one I think Charlie would use himself, when asked, “How can a loving God allow such evil?” We need to pray for TP USA’s continued ministry to the future leaders of this nation.
