Here is one of the best training tools I have ever seen produced by the VA. It was done right here in my hometown of Jackson, MS and although the references are mainly for those on Active and Reserve duty; it can easily be applied to ALL VETERANS and those Chaplains Serving them. 

 

Mississippi Veterans Affairs has partnered with the Mississippi Air and Army National Guard, the United States Navy, and the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center to provide virtual training for local clergy along with awareness tips for the general public, in hopes of reducing the suicide rate of the heroes that have served our state and country.
