The whole of the Gospel, the Good News for mankind, hangs upon one person and one person only, Christ Jesus. Any attempt to water down this dogma lessens the sacrifice of Christ on the cross.
Christianity is exclusive because our saviour was exclusive. The two “I am” verses above make clear the exclusive way to eternal life is through Christ and Christ alone (Sola Christo).
