On the True Vine,
I’m going to abide
and live by faith
so not to backslide.
I want to be,
with Jesus as one
for I believe He is
God’s begotten Son.
On the True Vine,
I want to remain
so I can boldly
from sin refrain.
I want to produce,
fruit righteous
so I may be seen
in His likeness.
On the True Vine,
I am going to stay
that is why I need . . .
everyday to pray!
