Unless you do not live in the US you must have seen or read about the Virginia governor’s race. It has been national news for months now. One of the key issues (and the only reason I chose an image from the ACLU, I could not resist the irony) was the democratic candidate Terry McAuliffe’s insistence that Parents had no rights when it came to their children’s education. Well, that and other key issues became the impetus for a sweeping Republican victory in many key statewide races.
