Father I am thankful,
You never alter . . .
how You still love me
even when I falter.

For, You’re unchanging,
steadily You remain . . .
yesterday, today, forever
You maintain the same.

Father, I am grateful,
You are never shifting
how You show me mercy
even when I’m drifting.

For You’re steadfast,
faithful, loyal and true
You are trustworthy

how on You I can depend
