There seems to be this false idea today that we should never be critical of or judgmental of anyone claiming to be a believer. That is completely UNBIBLICAL Jesus himself tells us to watch watch out for (judge) those who claim to be believers but bear no fruit Matthew 7:15-20 https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew+7%3A15-20&version=CSB

If a professed convert distinctly and deliberately declares that he knows the Lord’s will, but does not mean to obey it–then you are not to pamper his presumption, but it is your duty to assure him that he is not saved.
